Role Overview
Technician - Multi skilled (RT) position at Al Ghurair.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and machinery.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Execute repairs and replacements as needed to maintain operational continuity.
- Document maintenance activities and equipment performance logs.
Support & Assistance
- Provide technical support to production and operational teams.
- Assist with equipment setup and installation procedures.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the workplace.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report hazards and safety concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven experience as a technician or in a similar maintenance role.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technical systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical capability to perform manual labor and work in varying environments.
