Role Purpose

Conduct comprehensive testing and quality inspections on products and systems to ensure they meet high standards before reaching customers and maintain Al Ghurair's reputation for excellence across retail and FMCG operations.

Key Responsibilities

Testing & Inspection

• Perform functional and operational testing on products, packaging, and equipment according to established protocols and specifications
• Inspect incoming materials and finished goods to verify compliance with quality standards and safety requirements

Documentation & Reporting

• Document test results, identify defects, and prepare detailed reports for review by supervisors and relevant departments

Equipment & Calibration

• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy

Problem Resolution & Collaboration

• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with production teams to resolve identified problems

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures while working in warehouse and laboratory environments

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification preferred
• Proven experience in quality control, product testing, or similar technical role

Skills & Competencies

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer systems
• Ability to learn testing software

Additional Information

• Valid UAE driving license is advantageous
