Role Overview

Technician, Electrical Automotive & Equipment at Alfanar, responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in automotive vehicles and equipment.

Role Purpose

To efficiently diagnose, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in automotive vehicles and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnosis and Troubleshooting

• Identify electrical problems and diagnose issues in vehicles and equipment.
• Follow electrical wiring circuits to identify problems and repair them.
• Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams for all types of equipment.

Electrical System Repair

• Perform necessary electrical repairs for all types of equipment and vehicles.
• Execute required repairs for starter motors, alternators, and electrical wiring.
• Repair electrical parts for engines as needed.
• Repair AC systems as required.
• Repair coils and sensors when needed.

Inspection and Testing

• Inspect and check every part of automotive equipment and vehicles.
• Check and inspect dashboards.
• Inspect and check battery charging systems.
• Inspect battery charging systems.
• Check and measure fuses and relay boxes, and repair when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of work experience.
• Good training in electrical systems for automotive and equipment.
• Knowledge of all electrical components including starter motor, alternator, battery charging system, and AC systems.
• Knowledge of standard symbols for electrical systems.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic systems and engines.
