Role Overview
Technician-Automotive at Burjline Builders, based in Bahrain. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to join the company's expanding automotive division.
Role Purpose
Deliver comprehensive diagnostic testing, routine maintenance, and repair services on vehicle systems and components. Uphold the company's reputation for excellence through meticulous workmanship, accurate fault identification, and timely completion of all work to high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnostics & Fault Finding
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on vehicle systems and components to identify faults and malfunctions.
- Utilise state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to ensure accurate fault finding and resolution.
Maintenance & Servicing
- Conduct routine servicing and maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and tyre rotations.
Repairs & Component Replacement
- Repair or replace defective parts, such as brakes, engines, steering, suspension, and electrical components.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within the allocated time.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all work performed on each vehicle.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and workshop procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience working as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role.
- A relevant vocational qualification or certification in automotive technology or mechanics.
- In-depth knowledge of various vehicle systems, including electrical, engine, and transmission.
- Proficiency in using a wide range of diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Additional Information
- A valid driving licence is required.
