Role Purpose

Perform inspection, repair, modification, and overhaul of aerospace components in accordance with technical data and regulatory requirements while supporting continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair Operations

• Perform inspection, repair, modification, and overhaul of components in accordance with Technical Data.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, drawings, and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repair, replacement, or modification.

Compliance & Training

• Complete all regulatory training.
• Adhere to shop rules, safety requirements, and regulations.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) risks and impacts of work activities and the benefits of improving EHS performance.

Continuous Improvement & Facility Management

• Participate in shop and facility Continuous Improvement activities and initiatives.
• Participate in shop audits as scheduled.
• Perform area cleaning and maintenance as required.

Communication & Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with other maintenance personnel at all levels by keeping co-workers and leadership appraised of work progress and difficulties as they arise.

General Duties

• Ad hoc tasks as required or assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or Technical Diploma.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience performing related activity, preferably in a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) shop.
• Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Diploma or Degree preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Position Type: Onsite. Employees working in onsite roles work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of products.
