Role Overview
Technical Supervisor - Engineer at Hilton. This role maintains the hotel's physical safety and functionality while delivering memorable experiences that define exceptional hospitality.
Role Purpose
Ensure the hotel's physical infrastructure operates safely and reliably across all guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas. Respond promptly to maintenance needs and proactively identify facility issues to prevent disruption to guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Maintenance & Safety
- Maintain hotel facilities to ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry repairs
Service Response & Operations
- Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders
- Document completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
- Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
