Role Purpose
As an experienced professional individual contributor, you will apply deep subject matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service to troubleshoot technical problems, determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Analysis & Problem-Solving
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues and determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications and implementations.
- Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as local on-site representative to customer organization members.
- Conduct technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
- Recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license.
