Role Purpose
As an experienced professional individual contributor, you will work under limited supervision to apply subject matter expertise in Medical Device Field Service, providing technical analysis, troubleshooting, and customer-focused solutions to support product implementations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Analysis & Problem-Solving
- Apply technical knowledge to analyze product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with specific customer specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications.
- Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solutions.
Customer Support & Training
- Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
- Act as local on-site representative to customer organization members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license.
