Technical Project Manager - Remote - Octopus RTG

Role Overview

Technical Project Manager (Remote) at Robusta, reporting to the Octopus RTG team.

Role Purpose

Lead key projects from initiation through delivery using agile methodology, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion while collaborating across teams, managing stakeholders, and driving continuous process improvement. This role offers strategic impact and mentoring opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Create and maintain project plans based on requirements documents for fixed-cost or progressive projects.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.
• Promote company and project standards in all deliverables.

Team & Scrum Management

• Manage scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Conduct daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity in accordance with Agile methodologies.
• Review sprint outcomes and follow up on demos for various stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business analysts to develop documentation and technical guides for end users.

Stakeholder & Status Management

• Prepare status reports and conduct regular project status meetings with team members.
• Communicate with other Technical Project Managers to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in the Fintech industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
