Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

Technical Project Manager at Loft Orbital Solutions. The Technical Program Manager will play a critical role in bridging technical architecture, product development, and program execution to enable the successful deployment of Orbitworks' Customer Ground Segment and customer missions.

Role Purpose

Translate high-level system architectures and mission requirements into structured execution plans with clearly defined deliverables, ownership, timelines, and dependencies. Drive cross-functional coordination, manage technical programs from planning through deployment, and ensure alignment across internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

• Develop structured execution plans from high-level system architectures and mission requirements.
• Define deliverables, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for technical programs.
• Manage technical programs from planning through deployment.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Customer Solutions, Space Infrastructure, Business Development, and Loft teams.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering initiatives.
• Influence and align internal teams and external partners without direct authority.
• Operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
