Role Purpose
Lead retail operations at Home Box to ensure store performance, customer satisfaction, and team engagement while maintaining operational excellence and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Store Management
- Oversee daily retail operations and store performance.
- Manage store teams and ensure service delivery standards are met.
- Monitor stock levels and inventory management.
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise retail staff to achieve operational and sales targets.
- Foster a culture of excellent customer service and team engagement.
- Support team development and training initiatives.
