Role Overview

Role Purpose
Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence, food safety standards, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and supervise restaurant staff across all shifts.
- Conduct staff training and development programs.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Schedule staff and manage shift coverage.
Operations
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service flow.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory and stock levels.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation standards.
Guest Experience
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service.
- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback.
Financial Management
- Monitor labor costs and operational expenses.
- Report on key performance indicators and metrics.
- Contribute to revenue targets and profitability goals.
Quality Assurance
- Enforce food safety and preparation standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks on food and beverage service.
