Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Service Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt operational standards and procedures.
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards.
Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
- Conduct staff training and performance management.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
Guest Experience
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of service excellence.
Administrative & Financial
- Manage inventory and stock control.
- Monitor budgets and operational costs.
- Prepare reports on restaurant performance.
