Role Overview
Tamheer - Specialist-Customer Service at Ejon. This is a Tamheer Program-eligible position supporting the customer service function.
Role Purpose
Support the customer service journey by welcoming customers, understanding their initial needs, ensuring that required information and documents are complete, and guiding them through appropriate next steps to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Welcome & Initial Contact
- Welcome customers and provide a professional and positive first point of contact.
- Understand customers' initial inquiries and service needs.
Document & Information Management
- Review and verify the availability and completeness of required documents and information.
- Guide customers on any missing documents or information and advise them on the appropriate source or process to obtain them.
Customer Guidance & Routing
- Ensure customers are adequately prepared before proceeding to the next stage of the service process.
- Direct customers to the appropriate concerned employee or department based on their needs.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding service procedures and requirements.
Service Delivery
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach and support a smooth customer journey.
- Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
- Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to organize information and pay attention to details.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of Arabic and English is preferred.
