Role Overview
Talent Acquisition Trainee (Tamheer) at JODAYN. This is a trainee position for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in recruitment and the full talent acquisition lifecycle within a professional and fast-paced environment.
Role Purpose
Support the HR team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment activities while gaining practical experience across all stages of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Interview & Coordination
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Systems & Administration
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records.
Employer Branding & Support
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
- Perform other Talent Acquisition and HR-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility required).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- English proficiency preferred.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
