Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition & OD Specialist will play a critical role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to support the educational mission while contributing to organizational development and people management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other talent channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Prepare and update job descriptions in coordination with different departments.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare reports to track hiring metrics and process effectiveness.
Organizational Development & People Management
- Contribute to reviewing and improving the organizational structure based on business needs.
- Support performance management processes and ensure completion of evaluations linked to training and development.
- Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures.
- Analyze training needs, develop training plans, and follow up on implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and OD.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience in hiring educational staff is a plus.
- Exposure to HR/OD initiatives is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
