وصف الوظيفة
Role Overview
Talent Acquisition Lead at Lucidya. Based in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to Lucidya's next phase of growth, as the company scales its commercial teams, expands graduate hiring initiatives, and strengthens its presence across the Saudi talent market.
Company Overview
Lucidya is an AI-native platform for customer experience (CX) intelligence that manages entire customer lifecycles autonomously, from initial engagement through retention and growth. Unlike platforms that only surface insights and leave the action to users, Lucidya completes the loop with proprietary natural language understanding (NLU) capabilities developed entirely in-house and trained on millions of multilingual conversations. The platform equips marketing, support, CX, and research teams to deliver personalized experiences that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a key role in building the next generation of Lucidya talent. You will serve as the bridge between Lucidya and the talent market, representing company values, building relationships with universities, identifying high-potential graduates, and ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the kind of company Lucidya is striving to become. Success means consistently attracting exceptional talent while creating a hiring experience that candidates remember for the right reasons.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development
- Partner closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Experience, Strategy & Performance, and other business functions to understand hiring needs and proactively build pipelines before roles become urgent.
- Help the business stay ahead of its talent needs rather than reacting to vacancies.
Campus & Community Engagement

- Present at career fairs, lead campus events, and host students at Lucidya to tell the story of who we are, what we believe in, and why ambitious graduates should build their careers with us.
Graduate Hiring & Assessment
- Own recruitment for graduate programs and assessment centers, creating structured processes that help identify potential, not just experience.
- Continuously refine assessment approaches to ensure selection of individuals who can thrive in a high-performance, high-growth environment.
Candidate Experience
- Ensure every candidate receives a professional, transparent, and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.
- Recognize that every interaction shapes employer brand, regardless of whether a candidate ultimately joins Lucidya.

- Help consistently hire people who demonstrate curiosity, ownership, collaboration, learning agility, and a genuine desire to contribute to a positive culture.
Process Improvement
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Use data, feedback, and candidate insights to identify bottlenecks, improve hiring quality, and create a smoother transition from candidate to employee.
Measurement & Insights
- Track hiring performance through metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction, pipeline health, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Use insights to drive better outcomes rather than simply report numbers.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi nationality (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience with graduate hiring, assessment centers, internships, or early-career recruitment programs.

- Experience working in startups, technology companies, or high-growth environments is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust quickly and represent the organization with confidence and authenticity.
- Strong storytelling and communication capabilities; able to explain what makes Lucidya unique in a way that excites candidates.
- Proactive mindset; anticipates challenges, identifies opportunities, and takes ownership of solving problems before they become urgent.
- Ability to thrive in environments where priorities evolve quickly; ambiguity motivates rather than slows.
- Natural curiosity and data-driven approach; uses metrics and feedback to improve work while maintaining focus on human experience.
