Tailor at Apparel Group. This position provides personalized service to clients, specializing in modifications and adjustments to garments.

Role Purpose

Complete repair work and alterations to suit customer needs, deliver personalized fittings, and assess the need for further adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

Alterations & Repairs

• Complete alterations to garments using thread or sewing machine.
• Perform repair work to meet customer specifications.
• Press garments.

Design & Pattern Work

• Adapt and develop existing designs.
• Draw patterns or alter existing patterns.

Customer Service & Operations

• Communicate clearly and provide personalized customer service to each client.
• Work to deadlines consistently.
• Conduct fittings with customers to assess further alteration needs.
• Perform other related duties as required.
