Role Overview
Systems Engineer position at Azeus Systems Limited, supporting Azeus Convene, a multi-awarded meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Leadership Teams.

Role Purpose
Design and implement systems architectures to ensure security frameworks. Lead and coordinate with systems administrators and project team members to manage system configuration and deliver cost-effective, efficient hardware and software solutions that satisfy project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Deployment
- Setup servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers.
- Implement applications developed by Azeus in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.).
- Lead implementation of applications developed by Azeus in client premises.
- Handle server and application software hardening and firewall policies setup.
Troubleshooting & Resolution
- Identify and analyze system integration problems.
- Resolve server issues by identifying root cause and performing immediate remedial actions.
- Formulate and implement corrective actions when problems recur.
- Formulate and implement preventive actions to prevent issues from happening again.
Optimization & Support
- Identify recurrent tasks and recommend tools to automate those tasks.
- Provide on-call support for support cases.

- Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good organization skills and ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and different time zones.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
