Role Overview
Azeus Systems Limited is recruiting a Systems Engineer to join the support team for Azeus Convene, a multi-awarded meeting and collaboration solution for Boards and Leadership Teams. The role is based in KSA.

Azeus Convene is a meeting and collaboration platform operating in over 100 countries with a rapidly expanding client base. The company has been recognized by reputable institutions globally.
Role Purpose
Design and implement systems architectures with robust security frameworks. Lead coordination with systems administrators and project team members to manage system configurations and deliver cost-effective, efficient hardware and software solutions that meet project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Infrastructure
- Setup servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers.
- Implement applications developed by Azeus in the cloud (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud, etc.).
- Lead the implementation of applications developed by Azeus in client premises, including server and application software hardening and firewall policies setup.
Troubleshooting & Resolution
- Identify and analyze system integration problems.
- Resolve server issues by identifying root cause and executing immediate remedial actions.
Continuous Improvement
- Formulate and implement corrective actions in case problems re-occur.
- Formulate and implement preventive actions to prevent issues from happening again.
- Identify recurrent tasks and recommend tools to automate those tasks.
Support
- Provide on-call support for support cases.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years in a similar systems engineering, support, or DevOps role.
Skills & Competencies
- Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good organization skills and ability to work well under pressure and time constraints.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, KSA cloud), firewalls, and Linux-based systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing shift schedules.

- Intensive on-the-job training and mentoring will be provided to prepare you for the role.
