System Training & Implementation

Role Overview

System Training & Implementation Specialist at JASARA PMC. This role is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering training programs related to system implementations across the organization.

Role Purpose

Ensure successful adoption and usage of new systems by working closely with various departments to provide hands-on training and support to end-users during and after system deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Training Development & Delivery

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and programs for new system implementations.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars tailored to different user groups.
• Maintain documentation related to training programs, system guidelines, and user manuals.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system functionality and training needs.
• Work collaboratively across departments and independently manage training programs.
• Assist in the development of implementation plans and timelines in coordination with project teams.

Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users during and after system deployment.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials as needed to ensure clarity and user engagement.
• Identify areas for improvement in training delivery and system adoption, suggesting enhancements to optimize performance.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven 15 years of experience in system training, implementation, or a similar role.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with learning management systems and e-learning development tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with commonly used enterprise software systems is preferred.
