Role Purpose

Support project management activities and analyze system requirements to ensure seamless IT operations within projects. You will assist in implementing IT solutions, enhancing project management processes, and contributing to effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
• Participate in project meetings, capturing essential information and follow-up actions.

Requirements Analysis & Systems Support

• Gather and analyze system requirements and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Conduct user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of IT systems.
• Help identify and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with technical teams for resolution.

Collaboration & Integration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT solutions are effectively integrated into projects.
• Stay updated with emerging IT trends and technologies to inform project strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in IT project management or systems analysis.
• Understanding of project management methodologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
