Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional hospitality by managing incoming telephone calls and guest inquiries. Serve as the primary communication hub, ensuring guests receive prompt, professional support and accurate information about hotel services and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Communication

• Provide exceptional phone support with an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests

Knowledge & Operations

• Maintain relevant knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations

Emergency Response

• Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations

Technology & Systems

• Leverage communication tools including PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations
