Role Purpose

To ensure that The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day, maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and guest experience across hotel spaces while upholding the foundation of the company's reputation as a global leader in luxury hospitality service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Operations

• Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences through skilled housekeeping functions.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
• Fulfill guest requests and ensure spaces help create a great guest experience.
• Stock carts and clean rooms and public spaces.
• Move about assigned spaces and take hands-on approaches to work as needed.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
