Role Purpose

Deploy and configure system architectures to ensure security frameworks are properly implemented. Work closely with systems administrators and project team members to support system configuration and establish cost-effective, efficient hardware and software deployments that satisfy project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Configuration

• Deploy servers with hardening and firewall policies between servers.
• Support the deployment of applications developed by Azeus in cloud environments including AWS, Azure, and KSA cloud.
• Carry out deployment of applications developed by Azeus on client premises.
• Handle server and application software hardening, firewall policy setup, and related configuration tasks.

Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution

• Identify and analyze system integration problems.
• Resolve server issues by identifying root cause and taking immediate remedial action.
• Formulate and implement corrective actions in case a problem recurs.
• Formulate and implement preventive actions to prevent issues from occurring again.

Optimization & Support

• Identify recurring tasks and recommend tools to automate those tasks.
• Be on-call for support cases.

Qualifications & Experience

• Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Intensive on-the-job training and mentoring provided to prepare for role responsibilities.

Skills & Competencies

• Good organizational skills; able to work well under pressure and time constraints.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing shift schedules, including potential assignment to work on weekends, holidays, and across different time zones.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
