Supervisor - Sales

Role Overview

Supervisor - Sales at Apparel Group. This position supervises field sales operations for Bisleri's bottled water products across the UAE, ensuring efficient distribution of 5-gallon and PET packs and achievement of sales targets.

Role Purpose

Supervise field sales teams and ensure efficient distribution, sales target achievement, market coverage, merchandising execution, and brand standard compliance across D2C, B2B, and retail segments.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership

• Supervise and support sales representatives and merchandisers across D2C, B2B, and retail segments.
• Train sales staff on product knowledge, customer engagement, and route planning best practices.

Operations & Distribution

• Monitor day-to-day operations, deliveries, and product placement across residential, HORECA, and retail locations.
• Coordinate with logistics and distribution partners for stock availability and route efficiency.

Client & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain client relationships with households, offices, construction sites, and retail stores.

Sales Performance & Insights

• Track sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and share competitor insights with Sales Managers.

Merchandising & Compliance

• Ensure on-shelf visibility, planogram compliance, and promotional execution in retail outlets.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with trade, health, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bottled water or FMCG sales within the UAE market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and deliver results across multiple locations.
• In-depth knowledge of consumer and retail landscape, especially in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in English; Arabic and Hindi are a plus.
• Experience with CRM tools and merchandising software is preferred.
