Role Purpose

Supervise Color Coating Line operations to achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Achieve daily production targets.
• Monitor coating, oven, and inspection processes.
• Control downtime, scrap, and rework.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure quality across shade, DFT, and adhesion.
• Maintain production and quality records.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety and PPE compliance.

Team Management

• Handle and supervise team operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a relevant Color Coating Line (CCL) process role.
• CCL process knowledge.
• Quality and safety awareness.

Skills & Competencies

• Team handling skills.
• Basic reporting skills.
