Supervisor-Planning and Analysis - Cash Services

Role Overview

Supervisor – Planning and Analysis – Cash Services at Transguard Group, located at DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Role Purpose

Supervise daily operations, administration, and team within the Planning and Analysis department. Resolve internal customer complaints, manage CIT devices, and maintain internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Financial

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for financial improvement.
• Plan and organize work activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Customer

• Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to agreed standards, standard operating procedures, and policies by conducting daily briefings and toolbox talks.

Process

• Ensure the daily preparation and delivery of CIT devices and printers to cash operations.
• Identify and report any damages to CIT devices on a daily basis.
• Note and rectify any route discrepancies, maintaining operational integrity.

Innovation

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking and implementing new ways to optimize processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience in a supervisory role with decision-making responsibilities

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of ATM and CDM operations; banking background is an additional advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively
