Role Purpose

To deliver day-to-day supervision policies and procedures and support oversight of gaming operators and licensees to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain the integrity of the gaming industry, and protect the interests of players.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Monitoring & Evaluation

• Monitor and evaluate licensees' compliance with regulatory requirements in line with the GCGRA Supervision framework and methodologies.
• Ensure adherence to established monitoring systems and processes to track the activities of gaming operators and licensees.
• Identify areas of non-compliance and escalate risks in a timely manner, as required.

Inspections & Assessments

• Support the delivery of regular inspections and assessments of gaming establishments to assess their adherence to regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Support management of day-to-day engagements with licensees, as needed, including relevant administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Risk Analysis & Reporting

• Provide accurate delivery of supervision tasks and processes to ensure timely risk escalation.
• Analyse data and key performance indicators to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks to the integrity of the gaming industry.
• Prepare timely, accurate reports and documentation to communicate findings, observations, and recommendations to senior management.

Regulatory Framework Enhancement

• Provide input on regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the regulatory framework.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in regulatory compliance, supervision, or related roles within the gaming industry or a regulatory agency.
• University degree or professional certifications related to regulatory compliance or supervision is desired.
