Role Overview
Superintendent - Accommodation Services at Transguard Group in Dubai.
Role Purpose
Supervise and ensure the smooth running of Transguard Group's accommodation portfolio. Maintain health, safety, hygiene, welfare, and security across all leased and owned employee accommodation properties. Respond to issues until resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Ensure mobilization and demobilization procedures align with plan and allocated budget, including out-of-hours work.
- Organize and run special events within allocated budget.
Customer & Resident Welfare
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and wellbeing of Transguard residents.
- Actively identify areas of improvement through promotion of open communications.
- Oversee events and accommodation supporting projects from start to completion.
- Provide training and guidance to Managers and Lead Supervisors on internal processes and regulations required for accommodation services.
Operations & Collaboration
- Collaborate with peers to support the daily running of Transguard accommodations, including training and compliance.
- Provide assistance to other Managers with peak deployments on priority contracts as required.
Innovation & Efficiency
- Identify new and better ways of performing daily tasks in Transguard accommodations.
- Explore ways to work more efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma training in practice.
Qualifications & Experience
- Up to 10 years of experience in the industry or experience managing a large group of employees.
- Occupational Health and Safety certificate.
- Experience providing training on policies and processes.
