Role Overview
Success Factors Analyst for Qatar at VAM Systems, based in Qatar.
Company Overview
VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Technology Solutions and Services company with operations in UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, USA, Australia, Singapore and India.
Role Purpose
Provide expert configuration, troubleshooting, and project management support for Success Factors implementations, serving one of Qatar's leading government organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Implementation
- Lead expert configuration of Success Factors modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Talent & Succession, Recruitment, Learning, and Compensation.
Incident Management & Support
- Deliver incident management and troubleshooting across the Success Factors Cloud system.
- Act promptly on Cloud notifications and system alerts.
Project Management
- Own project management activities using Prince 2 or PMBOK frameworks.
Change & Training Management
- Facilitate training and change management activities to support system adoption.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT, project management, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in the Success Factors Cloud system.
- Project management experience (Prince 2 or PMBOK foundation).
Skills & Competencies
- Expert configuration of Success Factors modules (EC, Performance & Goals, Talent & Succession, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation).
- Expert incident management and troubleshooting capability.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of systems, common data dependencies, and functional dependencies.
- Understanding of HR business processes.
- Intermediate experience in training and change management.

- Joining timeframe: 30 days.
- Selected candidates will join VAM Systems Qatar and be deployed to one of Qatar's leading government organizations.
