Role Overview

Subject Matter Expert – Quantitative/Scientific/Corporate Domains – Arabic Remote at Lilt Production. This is a remote independent contractor position supporting an AI benchmarking project.

Role Purpose

Support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project by leveraging deep domain expertise and native-level Arabic proficiency to design realistic scenarios, evaluate AI and human-generated responses, and contribute gold-standard solutions that reflect best practices across target locales and domains.

Key Responsibilities

Scenario Design & Evaluation

• Design realistic scenarios in your target language or English grounded in operational contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics to domain-specific requirements.

Quality Assurance & Review

• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, quality, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism.
• Verify code execution within a sandboxed environment.

Solution Development

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions reflecting best practices across the target locale and domain.

Qualifications & Experience

• Native-level proficiency in Arabic with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the target domain.
• Demonstrable background or academic exposure in at least one of the following verticals:
• Highly Technical/Quantitative: Software Engineering, Mathematics, Robotics.
• Scientific/Regulatory: Healthcare (clinical parameters), Natural Science (chemistry/physics datasets), Manufacturing (industrial systems, CAD, optimization).
• Corporate/Creative: Finance, Media & Content, Office & White Collar.
• Background in one or more positions relevant to the domain.
• Strong understanding of domain workflows and environments.

Skills & Competencies

• Technical subject matter expertise in assigned domain.
• Ability to understand, refactor, and verify code execution.
• Deep contextual domain knowledge.
• Localized fluency in Arabic.
