Role Overview

Strategy Manager at ADIB, Abu Dhabi.

Role Purpose

Support the Head of Strategy with day-to-day analysis, report preparation, and market research. The role suits a detail-oriented individual with a passion for strategic analysis and research.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends and insights
• Assist in the analysis of business performance and strategic projects

Strategic Planning & Reporting

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for the Head of Strategy
• Support the development of strategic plans and recommendations

General

• Perform other administrative tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years' experience in Strategy, strategy consulting, Business Planning and Analysis, or Corporate Business Development
• Qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
