Role Purpose

To receive, verify, and maintain incoming engineering materials and inventory in compliance with store operating standards, ensure proper stock management and facility upkeep, and report issues to support operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Receive and reconcile incoming materials with purchase orders
• Conduct physical counting and quality verification of received items
• Adhere to stock issuance and receiving standards within the store's operation area

Facility Management

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of storage facilities daily

Reporting & Communication

• Report complaints or issues to the Financial Controller promptly
• Maintain positive employee relations within the store

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident and outgoing demeanor
• Very good command of speaking, reading, and writing in the English language
• Computer literacy and very good MS Office skills
