Role Overview

Storekeeper at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, operated by Hilton, located on Marjan Island.

Role Purpose

Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of all goods and deliveries entering and leaving the hotel premises. Ensure all deliveries are received, stored, and distributed efficiently and accurately according to the company's purchasing and procurement standards while maintaining inventory levels, managing stock rotation, and preserving the quality of goods.

Key Responsibilities

Receiving Operations

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Ensure quality, quantity, and company standards are met for all deliveries.

Inventory Management

• Organize and store goods in compliance with storage standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure proper stock levels are sustained.
• Manage stock rotation to preserve quality.

Distribution & Coordination

• Coordinate timely distribution of goods to hotel departments.
• Support smooth day-to-day hotel operations through efficient goods distribution.

Documentation & Compliance

• Record all inventory movements.
• Maintain up-to-date stock records and related documentation.
• Follow company purchasing, procurement, safety, and inventory control policies.
• Comply with proper storage and handling standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Logistics or supply chain certification is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of inventory control, stock handling, and inventory management systems.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety, storage, and handling procedures.
• Physical fitness with the ability to lift and move stock when required.
