Role Overview

Storekeeper at Hilton. This role supports the hotel's procurement and inventory operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of supplies and materials that enable exceptional guest experiences.

Role Purpose

Manage the receipt, processing, tracking, and distribution of purchased goods and supplies for the hotel. Maintain accurate inventory records, process vendor invoices, and ensure compliance with purchasing policies to support all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Support

• Assist with purchasing materials and supplies for the hotel.
• Research prices to support procurement decisions.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.

Delivery & Receiving

• Accept all purchased products upon delivery.
• Check deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and specifications to verify accuracy.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.

Inventory Management

• Conduct routine inventory counts.
• Input received merchandise into tracking systems.
• Report shortages or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Notify supervisors of low or out-of-stock items.

Requisitions & Distribution

• Issue and deliver items to departments as requested.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels across the hotel.

Invoice Processing

• Receive and process invoices from vendors.
• Verify invoice accuracy against delivery documentation.
• Scan documents and maintain records.
• Follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment.
