Store Visual Merchandiser

Role Overview

Store Visual Merchandiser at LandMark Group. The role is responsible for implementing and monitoring visual merchandising activities across store locations to maximize sales and maintain brand standards.

Role Purpose

Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising principles, layouts, and seasonal initiatives across all store elements while monitoring compliance and gathering feedback to optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Merchandising Implementation

• Ensure adherence of all merchandising activities in store as per Key Merchandising Principles.
• Maximize all sales opportunities with effective use of visual merchandising methods.
• Implement effective merchandising layouts to help store achieve its target.
• Analyze the impact of visual merchandising on sales.
• Benchmark and understand trends through periodic competitor visits.
• Provide constructive feedback to the Concept/Territory on Visual Merchandising Themes.
• Execute all seasonal, promotional, and other Concept/Territory initiatives.
• Remerchandise displays and activity areas for maximizing sales.
• Coordinate with Concept/Territory VM to maintain detailed knowledge of the merchandise.
• Implement documented instore creatives and window guidelines.
• Ensure all store elements and housekeeping are done in line with VM guidelines.

Monitoring & Documentation

• Document all visual merchandising execution, communicate, and gather feedback from Concept/Territory.
• Monitor execution at stores through follow-up on VM-Checklist.
• Maintain all documents and process checklists as per standard operating procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
• 1 or more years of experience in visual merchandising role in retail organization, preferably from Home & Furniture Retail.
• Intermediate or Higher Secondary education minimum.
• Graduate degree in any field (optional).
• NVQ certification in retail display or similar certification (optional).

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on execution capability.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Strong team collaboration skills.

Additional Information

• Filipino candidates preferably preferred.
