Role Purpose

As a Store Supervisor at NARS, you will drive store performance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You will lead and engage the team, uphold NARS brand standards, and contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead by example and represent NARS values and brand standards across all customer and team interactions.
• Manage team scheduling, performance, engagement, and daily floor coverage.
• Drive sales performance through effective coaching, engagement, and selling techniques.

Customer Experience & Relationships

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships, including VIP client management.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Execute store events, projects, and clienteling activities to drive customer engagement and sales.

Store Operations & Compliance

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, grooming, and stock replenishment.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, and audit preparation in line with company procedures.
• Ensure compliance with retail, safety, security, HR, and operational standards.

Product & Market Knowledge

• Stay informed on products, beauty trends, and competitor activity, sharing relevant insights with key stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a Store Supervisor or similar team leadership role.
• Strong makeup application skills and a passion for beauty.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service expertise.
• Team leadership capabilities.
