Role Overview
Store Manager position at APM Monaco, located in Westfield Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role leads the boutique team to develop and optimize performance and profitability while delivering exceptional client service.

Role Purpose
Lead the Saudi Arabia Jeddah team to drive boutique performance and profitability while ensuring clients receive exceptional service and the team operates to the highest brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance & Operations
- Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs and maximize business profitability.
- Analyze performance data and sales reports to identify business needs and set business strategies.
- Identify business needs and translate them into individual actions and objectives.
- Ensure staff is trained in all areas of POS usage and maintenance.
- Understand and properly execute all management POS functions.
- Ensure cash control procedures are properly followed, including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash.
- Monitor the movement of all inventory and ensure staff adheres to all transferring and receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain boutique image according to brand standards.
- Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and ensure execution of effective merchandising strategies.
- Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures, and visual areas reflects current visual direction.
Client Experience & Development
- Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service.
- Manage client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact.
- Execute service excellence to increase client satisfaction and retain customer loyalty.
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Manage all special events, inclusive of collection previews, client events, and sale events.
- Empower associates to make decisions in the customer's best interest that also support the company's philosophy.
Team Management & Development
- Identify and recruit new talent, build and retain a high-performing team.
- Lead by example demonstrating passion towards APM Monaco and knowledge of the brand's products, mission, and values.
- Conduct in-store training, one-on-one coaching, and team meetings.
- Build individual objectives and development plans.
- Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of brand image, and always adhered to.
- Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with the HR team when necessary.
