Role Purpose

Oversee store operations and lead teams while building direct customer relationships. You will understand customer demands in detail and recommend products that best fit their needs, treating every visitor—whether spending or browsing—as important to the business.

• Oversee the operations of one store location across the UAE.
• Lead and manage the store team.

Customer Relationships & Sales

• Engage directly with customers and embody the credo 'We don't sell - we forge relationships'.
• Get to know customer demands in detail.
• Showcase products that most closely fit what customers are looking for.
• Treat every person who visits the store as important, regardless of whether they are on a spending spree or window-shopping.
