• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards and compliance
• Recruit, develop, and manage store staff while ensuring alignment with financial and service objectives

Sales & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with department teams to support local sales initiatives and improve performance metrics

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven store management experience with demonstrated P&L responsibility
