Store Manager at APM Monaco (Ariana Prette Monaco), a contemporary fashion jewelry brand, based in Riyadh Kingdom Centre, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose
Lead the Riyadh boutique team to develop and optimize the store's performance and profitability while ensuring exceptional client engagement and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Business Performance & Operations
- Drive performance to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs and maximize business profitability.
- Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and set business strategies.
- Identify performance gaps and turn them into individual actions and objectives.
- Ensure staff are trained in all areas of POS usage and maintenance.
- Execute all management POS functions with proper understanding and compliance.
- Monitor cash control procedures including bank deposits, safe funds, and petty cash.
- Track the movement of all inventory and ensure staff adhere to all transferring and receiving policies and procedures.
- Maintain boutique image according to brand standards.
- Implement and maintain all merchandising directives and execute effective merchandising strategies.
- Ensure presentation of displays, fixtures, and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction.
Client Experience & Development
- Ensure all associates provide the highest level of customer service.
- Manage client database and utilize information to increase sales and client contact.
- Execute service excellence to increase client satisfaction and retain customer loyalty.
- Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Manage all special events including collection previews, client events, and sale events.
- Empower associates to make decisions in the customer's best interest while supporting company philosophy.
Team Management & Development
- Identify and recruit new talent and build a high-performing, retained team.
- Lead by example, demonstrating passion for APM Monaco, product knowledge, mission, and brand values.
- Conduct in-store training, one-on-one coaching, and team meetings.
- Build individual objectives and development plans for team members.
- Ensure image and grooming standards are professional and reflective of brand image at all times.
- Resolve all human resources issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with the HR team when necessary.
