Store Manager position with Al-Futtaim Retail, a leading premium fashion retailer. The role is based in Dubai and focuses on leading a premium fashion store.

Role Purpose

Lead day-to-day store operations and drive sales performance while maintaining exceptional customer service and premium brand standards across all store functions.

Operations & Sales

• Manage day-to-day store operations and drive sales performance
• Monitor inventory, merchandising and store KPIs

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop the store team

Brand & Customer Service

• Ensure exceptional customer service and premium brand standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management or a related field
• Prior experience as a Store Manager, ideally within premium or luxury fashion retail
