Key Responsibilities

Operations & Financial Management

• Manage full P&L responsibility and maximize store profitability and sales performance
• Oversee stock management, cash handling, loss prevention, and compliance with company policies

Team Leadership

• Lead, recruit, train, and appraise a diverse team
• Foster a collaborative, brand-aligned work environment

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with Retail, Commercial, HR, and Operations departments to execute strategic initiatives

Compliance & Standards

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal requirements while maintaining store standards

Customer Service

• Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues effectively

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in retail store management or similar leadership role
