Role Overview
Store Inspector at Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi, UAE. UAE National only. Reports to the Logistics Supervisor.

Role Purpose
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements in the management, inspection, and issuance of materials, components, tooling, and other products within the Technical Operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management & Inventory
- Accept stock and issue materials, components, tooling, and other products.
- Update respective parts inventory systems as per processes defined in the TPM.
- Receive acceptable materials and returns back into stock in accordance with applicable receiving goods procedures.
- Store materials in correct bin locations.
Inspection & Quality Control
- Perform physical inspection and verify completeness of documentation for delivered parts and materials.
- Check for damages, shortages, and incorrect supplied materials.
- Inspect parts and material for documents conforming in accordance with GCAA/EASA/MOE requirements.
- Report findings to the Logistics Supervisor.
Labeling, Shelf Life & Calibration
- Ensure that all material and tooling issued from store and accepted into store is correctly labelled.
- Regularly check and update shelf life of materials.
- Monitor calibration of tools and apply related disposition if time expired.
Regulatory Compliance & Handling
- Handle DGR and ESD parts and material in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Administrative & Operational
- Ensure shift handover log is completed at the end of each shift duty.
- Arrange FSK as per company requirements and monitor for part replenishment.
- Arrange PFSC as per company requirements including outstation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of airline or MRO experience preferred.
- Strong AMOS background preferred.
- High school leaving certificate or Diploma.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Ability to work under stress.
- Perfect English communication.
