Store Associate

Role Overview

Store Associate at Land Mark in Qatar. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain store operations, and ensure shelves are stocked and organized in a fast-paced retail environment.

Role Purpose

To create a positive shopping experience by assisting customers, processing transactions accurately, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and inventoried.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations to drive sales
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary

Store Operations & Merchandising

• Stock shelves, arrange merchandise displays, and ensure products are clearly priced and labeled
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout all areas

Transactions & Inventory

• Process customer transactions at the checkout counter accurately and efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise
