Key Responsibilities

Operations & Standards

• Supervise stewarding operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across all kitchen support areas.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise back of house team members.
• Monitor team member performance and provide coaching.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Support team members to deliver memorable experiences for every guest.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and supplies.
• Perform regular stock takes and identify loss patterns.
• Enforce measures to minimize waste while maintaining par levels.
• Place orders to meet business needs for events and daily operations.

Purchasing & Finance

• Raise purchase orders with suppliers.
• Reconcile invoices and coordinate with suppliers to ensure quality products within budget.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Finance, Events, and other departments to support seamless operations.
• Maintain strong working relationships across teams.
