Role Purpose

As a Steward, you keep kitchen and dining areas sparkling clean while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that enhance every guest's stay. You are essential to seamless food service operations and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Serviceware and Equipment Maintenance

• Clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils to spotless condition
• Scrub pots and pans thoroughly
• Polish silver
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets and functions

Kitchen and Facility Cleanliness

• Perform essential cleaning tasks including mopping
• Remove waste and maintain organized kitchen conditions
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness standards throughout your shift

Inventory and Stock Management

• Monitor stock levels of supplies and equipment
• Ensure supplies and equipment are always well stocked
• Keep materials organized for seamless service

Health, Safety and Compliance

• Follow all health and safety protocols
• Handle hazardous substances safely
• Comply with all hygiene and safety regulations
• Promptly report hazards and maintenance needs to the supervisor on duty
• Alert supervision to any safety concerns or equipment issues

Team Leadership and Training

• Train and mentor new team members
• Share your expertise to strengthen team performance
