Role Purpose
Be the backbone of culinary excellence by maintaining the supply and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional support to the kitchen team and hotel outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Maintain supply of clean dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and other kitchen equipment for the Kitchen and all outlets in the Hotel.
- Maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Complete work projects as assigned by Senior Manager.
Skills & Competencies
- Positive approach and excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for producing high quality customer care.
- Attention to detail with the ability to use initiative.
