Role Purpose
To maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils across Food and Beverage outlets, while supporting banquet operations and adhering to strict sanitation and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Maintenance
- Clean and maintain dishes and operating equipment in Food and Beverage outlets.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils to a high standard, minimizing breakage and ensuring cleanliness.
- Prepare operating equipment for Banquet functions by counting, sorting, and organizing items.
Hygiene & Sanitation
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards across all work areas.
- Sanitize machinery and equipment according to established hygiene standards to prevent contamination.
- Adhere to strict standards of personal hygiene and grooming, including wearing prescribed uniforms and name badges.
Security & Safety
- Prioritize security by remaining vigilant and reporting any suspicious circumstances to superiors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Higher Secondary School certificate.
- Entry Level: 1 or more years of experience in a similar role or capacity.
- Experience of working in an international capacity.
